Hansen’s is fantastic! Super helpful when we had problems with a front door handle on an old door. They have the best customer service, always so friendly and willing to help solve a problem.

Shawn was very accomidating and easy to work with. He was even able to retrieve my key before I finished work and charged a fair price. Overall a very smooth experience. Defintely recommend!

They only get 4 stars because they weren't the ones that did the work, however they were the ones that suggested Shawn's lock and key and he got 5 stars, because he was amazing. So, thank you for the suggestion!
