This crew rocks. They care about their clients and work to make sure the job is done right. I'm busy-sometimes too busy. I've had some commercial projects where I described the basic concepts of what I need and briefly talked color over the phone and when I arrived at the store for a consultation the owner (Daniel) had already created a list of recommendations. After a discussing quality and wearability of a few products the choice became EASY!!! Hurray. I did not have excess hours and days to stew over design choices so I was grateful for the advanced planning that the staff provided. Daniel and Carrie are THE best! They know they product, they listen very intently to the customer, they don't push anything on you. Their skill with the computer to design your room view is extraordinary.

I cannot be happier with Custom Flooring & Design. Howdy and Kari helped us choose the best flooring for our office. They made the process easy and the flooring shipped quickly. The install team had the job done in 2 days and now we have a whole new office! Amazing experience!
