Bair Heating and Air installed my heating and air system in 2019. I had been out of town for a few weeks and came back to find my home at 83 degrees. I always turn the thermostat to 78 in the summer when I leave so I was confused. I turned the thermostat to 74 but nothing happened!! My daughter happened by and she tried various settings as well. Finally about 4:30pm Friday afternoon I called Doug Bair. About 6:30pm, jooafter hours on a Friday night Doug returned my call. He walked me through circuit breakers etc. he had me go to the basement and look for a read light at the bottom of the unit…. No light!! He then told me to look for a switch, found it, turned it on and immediately it started working!!!I thought this was amazing service especially on a Friday evening after hours!!!! I was able to refer a coworker to Tyler and he not only answered the phone promptly, but was also very informational on his needs with his HVAC and saved him a lot of money from the other rates he had received!

Tyler from BRHAC came by my place for a complete renovation of our outdated heating/cooling systems. He was professional and also personable. He even wanted to pet my two dogs when he heard them barking in the backyard! He finished quickly and we’ve been loving the results. Thanks Ty!
