They managed our flooded basement mitigation and restoration faultlessly. Always on time, care to not damage our existing ground level floor. Quality of work unsurpassed. But most importantly, always answered or returned calls immediately and treated the restoration of our entire basement as if it was theirs. Thanks and Cheers!

I moved into my apartment as a sublease, therefore my apartment wasn't cleaned in the transition between renters. The carpets were a complete mess-- stains everywhere and extremely matted down. My apartment complex recommended Alert Cleaning and Restoration. I called and got an appointment for the next week. Alert Cleaning was fantastic! I wish I took before and after photos. My apartment looks brand new. I am so thrilled with how the carpets look now! Thank you so much, Alert Cleaning!!

Called them by recommendation. They were able to come immediately but offered another time that day as an option if needed. They came right in got to work. They gave me a wonderful detailed bid. I would recommend them to anyone. We had a basement leak from a broken pipe. They dried, restored, replaced, re-installed and then cleaned. Thanks Alert.
