Derek W. came out today for plumbing and was incredibly prompt, thorough, and kind. He answered all our questions, gave us some tips, and helped coordinate getting more work done that we needed with HVAC. I was genuinely blown away by the quality of service and the compassion he had for the situation. This company was great. I had another company who put in a AC unit and they did a lot of things wrong. Jimmy did a great job getting our AC back in order and he was so kind to me because I was very frustrated with the other people. I would recommend western to anyone.
