The employees were both professional and friendly. I felt like I was taken care of in a kind way. They completed everything I needed and more. The prices were explained very well and seemed fair to me.

Exceptional customer service! I left this Valvoline in a better mood than when I initially came in, because of Madi, and also Michael’s help. INCREDIBLY friendly, and Madi gave me comforting answers to my concerns that didn’t feel like she was pushing me to spend any more money on “unnecessary” services, she was just honest, kind, quick, and she gave explanations that completely put me at ease. I brought a second car in same day to be serviced and was helped by Michael. He did the exact same thing with not pushing, answered questions kindly and with full perspective. Great fast service. Very friendly and efficient. Stayed in my car and the total time from when I pulled into the service bay to pulling out of the service bay was about 20ish minutes. Super pleased with that. Thanks
