I had called in knowing that I was most likely making the last call for my baby to be seen. They didn't have any same day appointments, but we didn't have access to a vehicle to go anywhere further. They told us to come right in, even with being short handed, and let us take all the time we needed as we loved our baby until it was time. We have never been here before this. They had no obligation to help us, but they heard my desperation and pain and treated us with compassion. I'm so sad I had to leave without my girl, but I'm grateful we had this place to take care of us.
I have gone there a few times. My dog has always had a good experience, even with getting shots, and me not being in the room for that a couple times. He has separation anxiety, but did fine
My dogs have only seen 1 other vet before Traverse and they’ve been anxious, scared and growly towards everyone there. Today my pups we happy, went willing with the vet tech and then tried to follow the vet and the tech out the door when they were done. 10/10 recommend Traverse for your fur babies
