Our military son surprised us by coming home early & we had only days to get carpet in a guest room we were remodeling. Not only did they accommodate our rushed installation; they were able to install new carpet in an additional room & on our stairs. They also told us our carpet was on sale, which we never would have never known, then called us after installation to tell us they accidentally left off our discount & had a check ready for us. Very honest company & excellent customer service.

I had spent months shopping around to get the right price for quality flooring that matched the color I wanted. Taylor Carpets and Flooring met all the criteria. They showed up on scheduled date and installed 900 sq ft in 6.5 hours. They helped move some furniture and appliances. We noticed that there was a little divot in one piece and they came back and replaced it. This was the most painless process imagined. I highly recommend them.

Patrick at Taylor Carpets in Lehi was awesome to work with! Very responsive, quick, with good recommendations. He was accommodating and never pushy. The carpet is beautiful and well installed. Highly recommend!!
