I joined this yoga studio after trying a few around town and it's AMAZING. The Flow class is my favorite, I love how much I sweat. The instruction on how to position my body and how poses should feel during class is helpful to me as a beginner. Classes use instrumental music which is complimentary vs distracting. I'm moving soon and so sad to be leaving ? I hope y'all offer an online option someday!
Our instructor Crystal led the most blissful class with such deliberate but flowing movement. I haven't been to a yoga class in years and our experience definitely reminded us how much we need good yoga in our life.
Teacher was welcoming, knowledgeable about teaching for various needs, and the studio is beautiful. I love the extra touches like yoga props, and the cool scented washcloth at the end. Just a great experience!
