Kind, prompt, and competent staff! At every stage, they kept me informed of all my options and corresponding prices. They were able to make me new lenses for an old pair of frames that are no longer sold. The frames were returned in a BETTER condition than before. The turn around was extremely quick. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I really appreciate all of the various technology they’ve invested in, and they have a great selection of frames.
