Very happy that I came here to have my laptop screen and frame repaired. The process was convenient, and VERY fast! From diagnostic to repair to me getting my laptop back it only took a few days. I highly recommend using their services!

Kelly was professional, clear, quick to communicate, honest and did high quality work! My Macbook Air screen had a crack that eventually caused my entire screen to go black, and he was able to fix it perfectly. I appreciated that he let me know what my options were as far as screens go and also took a look at and fixed a stuck key. I appreciated how quick the turn around time was too! He will be our go-to for future computer repairs.

I was having trouble backing up my old computer. I spoke with Kelly from Accent Mac, and he spoke with me on the phone for about 20 minutes educating me on what should be done. I decided to go with Accent Mac for services, and Kelly came and picked up my MacBook. I was quite uneasy giving someone I didn’t know my MacBook, but this is an excellent service.You sign a document upon pickup, then sign for approval or disapproval of the quote, then the computer is brought back to you and you’ll sign upon receipt (all electronic).Kelly took my computer, and after discussing the situation more with apple support, I did feel I could handle the job, and I was worried he would... read full review
