After having life circumstances beyond the control of 97th floor, I was informed why my onboarding process "slipped through the cracks". I appreciated the feedback, but was truthfully disappointed in the entire transaction. Hopefully, this experience will fortify their process and continue to provide an excellent encounter for all their new clients.

I have worked in the advertising industry for over 5 years. In that time, I've used 6-7 different digital agencies because I've never really quite been satisfied with the level of customer service I felt was promised to be before signing. It is common for a lot of salespeople to over-promise and underdeliver with digital advertising services.
