I bought my embroidery machine a long time ago and just thought they were finicky and the thread breaking every couple inches was normal. It quit sewing a few weeks ago so I took here to have it fixed. My gosh, what a difference. The machine was never this quiet. I've now sewn 50,000 stitches and haven't had a broken thread. It's like the new machine I thought I was getting when I bought a demo model from another place. I am very thankful for their work and professionalism.

The best place to go as a novice sewer! I’m brand new to the world of sewing and went in with my grandmother to purchase a new sewing machine. The staff was fantastic in answering all of our questions. They showed me the basics of the machine we were interested in and when there were questions they couldn’t answer they called or communicated with their team to find us an answer. By the end of our visit Wimmer’s had worked us out a great deal! They made sure I had extra needles and bobbins, and I walked out the door with the Baby Lock Jubilant, my very 1st and my very own sewing machine! Thank you Wimmer’s!
