I want to give a huge thank you and appreciation to the Wee Care Pediatrics Clinic in Kaysville, more specifically Dr. Colton Ragsdale and team in offcie today (8/28/25.)I received a call from my son’s school that the school nurse was concerned with some spots on my kiddos belly and wanted to have us have it looked at. I called and got an appt for about 1.5hrs later (kiddos number one) My son is on the Autism spectrum and places outside of the norm don’t always go the best for us. When we got there he was having a really hard time and so I decided to check in while he stood riggt outside the door and the receptionist was so kind and said if he was more comfortable waiting outside of the clinic they would be happy to come and get us whenever the doctor was ready. The next thing I know the doctor popped his head out the door and before I could even try to get him to go into the office, he said how about I come to you and basically let’s try to make this as easy and comfortable for your kiddo as possible. And he did just that, he didn’t push him to do anything that would cause any more upset. He was so understanding explained everything and took time just standing outside with us. Luckily, these areas weren’t anything that we had to worry about privacy and that kind of thing however, I just wanted to simply shout out how amazing and accommodating they were with my kiddo! It literally brought tears to my eyes. Before we left, my kiddo decided he wanted to go in and tell everyone goodbye and thank you, and we did just that, and again they made him feel even more welcoming, offering him a little prize and sucker to hopefully make next time not so scary. So, if you like me love service that is kind and accommodating I can’t recommend this team enough!
My kiddos have a bit of a hard start with their teeth but Dr Matt makes them feel like they can do anything he's very kind and gentle and takes the time to listen to us parents
we absolutely love Dr. Neumann & the Roy WeeCare staff, as a new mom they are always so helpful and kinda with any questions I’ve asked! my son just turned 1 year old and I’m so glad we’ve been lucky enough to have had them by our side! :)
