I called 3 places, 2 close to me being Ogden clinic and intermountain health alongside Layton urgent care.

What I valued about Layton urgent care was their clear communication, friendly service and answering my questions.

They didn’t feel bothered by my questions. They were very transparent in communication on how much it will cost and what to expect if needed more testing and what it would cost.

When I showed up they still were just as friendly. Had fast service and didn’t t have any hidden fees.

Grateful I chose them! I hope I don’t need to come back but if I need an urgent care this will be my first stop. The 4 employees I encountered all shared the same transparent communication and great customer service“
