A bit frustrated with this company, my furnace went out, called them at 7 am and they said they could have someone out early afternoon and would have the tech call when he was on his way. Get another call around 9am, I am thinking it is the tech but no, it was someone else saying they could not come out until the next afternoon.. It's 15 degrees out and I had counted on them coming so did not call anyone else. Would not recommend in an emergency... read full review

Worst customer service. The lady in sales in not helpful over the phone, does not care about your business. Was getting quotes and rough estimates what price range I was looking at for a A/C replacement. Would not give any info on the phone, and was not friendly about it, while being a smart alec. Utah best, and Smedley were way more helpful. To sum it up, sketchy on the phone = sketchy business. Shop around somewhere else, its a competitive market, you will find someone else.

I called to see if they could fix the whine in the fan of my gas fireplace. I gave them the make, model and serial number and the person I spoke to promised to research it and get back to me. She didn't get back to me. I called again over a week later and left a message. Again, no response. Apparently, they don't need my business. So I went somewhere else.
