My son started with Aldo a few months back. Aldo has been amazing with him, teaching him from no real experience. He is the perfect mix of teaching techniques and teaching him to be physically tough and mentally strong. There are amazing fighters who train there and they have been very instrumental in helping my son’s progression. Very grateful to Aldo and the gym!

Great little MMA gym. I'm an almost 40 year old adult who has been to several MMA gyms in the past. Getting back into things I wanted to try a new gym and researched just about every gym in the Weber/Davis county areas. One Hit seemed to be the right fit for what I was looking for. I did one trial class and afterwards signed up for a 3 month membership. I could tell right away I was in the right spot. For the adult striking classes, everyone in the classes seems to be pretty legit and all the guys have a high skill level.
