I don't know what all the bad reviews are about. I have been coming here for years and I have never had a bad experience. Well, I have had a couple of shots that hurt but I can't blame the staff for that. I have been here for vaccines, physicals, and the family clinic for insta-care. I have even been here twice for a work med issue. Not me personally. I was the driver for a co-worker. I have never had to wait very long for any service. Every staff member I have encountered was polite, efficient and very helpful. I understand the billing problem but it's an IHC problem system wide. You can thank the previous CEO for that. I heard that he moved the billing dept. from IHC and outsourced to a company out of state that does not do a very good job with billing in a timely manner. I think they need to move it back to Utah. I like this clinic.
