Kenna answered my call and I ask her for an estimation and said including the $75.00 service call would be between 250 to 350. She indicated that her first openings would be Monday . I explained to her that we had no water is there anyone available to do the job which would be less than an hour. She came back to the line after a couple of minutes and indicated that one of her service persons was finishing another job early and would be at my house within a hour.

“We had James out to look at our shower/tub and why when the shower was on the water would come out of the shower head and the tub spout. After diagnosing the issue it was determined that the shower head and tub spout needed to be replaced. He gave me my estimates and I immediately signed because I already knew I was in good hands from a previous visit. About an hour later the job was done and now everything is running as it should.
