I saw Dr DeLange in urgent care as I was told to follow up with kidney pain I've had for 3 weeks. The symptoms were lower abdominal pain, pain in my back where the kidneys are on the right side for both, frequent urination. Also I would urinate enough and I would still have to go for 2-3 minutes. The day before I saw Dr DeLange I was having bladder issues sitting on the toilet for 15 minutes. The ER told me to follow up with the family doctor the next day and to get a referral to see a specialist. Both of my boys go to Dr. Williams. We originally went to another pediatrician that just wasn’t listening to me and also constantly rushed through appointments. Dr. Williams was recommended to me by a friend so I tried him and now have completely switched my boys over to him permanently. He is so kind and really seems to care and listen. Highly recommend. Also he’s super respectful of the parents choices on vaccines which I love.
Really frustrated with location issues. The doctors evidently move between clinics but that information does not get communicated to the patients. The friendly text reminder message does NOT tell you which location. So ASK about location when you schedule your appointment! Other than that, they're great.
