The lady and gentleman who work here are kind and assistive. I brought my electric scooter key to get a copy made and they immediately are able to identify it and found me a key that works (after grinding it down a bit). I thought it was going to be a much bigger headache but it was fast and painless. All for $5 too! I highly recommend bringing your e-scooter key here if you need a backup copy.

The man who works here I’m assuming the manager is the sweetest man in the world. I brought my car to get a key recopied and when we discovered that the key wasn’t the issue he took time to look at my fuses and see if he could find the problem. He was the true definition of a selfless people person I will definitely be coming back in the future. If you have issues with keys I strongly recommend this company!

I needed some really odd keys. I kept getting directed to all these kiosks that had no variety. Backus Lock-N-Key is a real human making keys!! They had everything I needed at a very reasonable price.
