“My AC stopped working while my husband was out of town, which was pretty stressful for me, since he usually deals with these sorts of things. A company came and gave me a quote for around $1000 (labor only). Then I called Kevin and told him exactly what was wrong (according to the first company’s quote) and asked how much he would charge. It was much more fair and affordable, but he also couldn’t give me an exact number without knowing what kind of AC unit I have. So I said I’d climb up in the attic to look at it. He also showed me what to do when the problem happens again so that I can maybe rule out of the the possible causes. He was much more thorough than the first company in explaining everything to me and making sure I’m not paying for something I don’t need. I will definitely recommend him to others and use him if needed.“
