The facility is great. Nice and clean! The ding on the star is that they have out grown the facility. During peak hours there gym is crowded and there is a hard time getting a machine. As a woman- very intimidating

Charlie at the front desk is very supportive and knows everyone’s name! Makes us feel welcome. Had major “gym timidation” before joining, so far we haven’t experienced anything to be intimidated about! Patrons are great! Staff is awesome! Makes working out feel good both physically and mentally.

Kaysville location. It’s huge, spacious, very fair price. Great natural light and esthetics. Has pretty much all the machines/equipment i want. Love that it has a basketball court because i love to shoot hoops. Great place to workout and get fit! ??
