I cannot say enough good about this company. Their employee didn’t fix the problem and we were charged quite a bit of money. However, after we complained, one of the owners personally showed up at my door, refunded us well over the billed amount, and genuinely apologized for the mistake. They went above and beyond by showing up at our house and refunding more than we paid. Those actions show me that this company truly cares about their customers, and will do what it takes to fix mistakes and treat their customers as if they were family. If this has been their business practice all along it’s not difficult to see why they’ve been in business as long as they have.
I just want to give a shout out to the good people at Speirs Plumbing. Our daughter recently had some work done and was very dissatisfied with the job, and specifically the plumber who did it. The owners went out of their way to correct the problem and make good on their word even though they didn’t have to. Small business is the backbone of America and this type of great customer service would never happen with the big guys in corporate America. Thank you Speirs Plumbing for serving our community in an amazing way for so many years. We will recommend you to all our family and friends.
