We purchased a family home (1950's) and wanted to preserve the feel of the family home, but update/modernize it. What an amazing company to work with to help us realize our dreams. They transformed our home into exactly what our dream was and it couldn't have turned out better. If you waffle back and forth with changes and questions; they are patient, understanding and will walk you through the most complex questions to the easiest/quickest way possible.

Epilogue: We loved our remodel so much, we are now having SAC do a new remodel for a house up the street my Mother purchased. If we had more houses and more remodels we would always go with SAC.

“Darin and his crew did an EXCELLENT job with my house. I had a warranty issue that required replacement on a 5 year old house. Not only did they fit me in sooner than anticipated, they started on the 4th of July (the crew wanted to), but they finished tear off and install in TWO days. The crew did a thorough job walking the perimeter of the house when finished, with all 5 crew members picking up nails leaving behind very few to my surprise. Great communication between Adam and Justin (Project Manager) throughout the process and they took our (1300 sq ft) basement from bare bones to ready for flooring in just 2 months. They had team(s) on site every work day in a coordinated effort to get the job done quickly and with high quality. We had an old concrete retaining wall that had to be removed without collapsing the floor from above. From the very start we had confirmation after confirmation that they know what they are doing and how to accomplish the goal.
