We woke to a dog disaster in my husband’s office, we cleaned it as best we could and that was definitely not enough. I texted Josh early, prior to his operating hours, he called and confirmed he could come later that morning. YAY!! Joshua was very professional and thorough. The carpet was cleaned, stain free and the stench, odor was gone!! YAY!! We will call True North Carpet Cleaning when it’s time to clean all the carpets. Thank you Joshua.

Josh and Sarah are professional and accommodating. On the day of my scheduled service I had to change plans last minute and they were so kind and understanding. I will definitely be scheduling with them again and highly recommend working with them to anyone I know!

Josh was very polite, pleasant & professional & he worked diligently while in our home. He was careful to protect furniture & walls from hoses, cords, etc. He did a very good & thorough job cleaning our carpets. I would recommend True North to anyone who needs these services.
