I’m so grateful for their willingness to help the the next day, as cold weather was on the way! The technician was able to find a problem caused by a different service technician but did not bad mouth the other company and was respectful while explaining that someone should notify them so it doesn’t happen again. He was very polite and put up with my annoying dog! Thank you!
Customer service was great, they didn't try to sell me things I didn't need and my tech Derek was very thorough in explaining what he found when servicing my furnace! My dog really liked him too haha. Definitely recommend.
