Lee is an excellent professional and a nice guy. He installed a sump/grinder in our basement. He was very conscientious throughout the entire process. Our place was left neat and orderly. We now have a fully functional bathroom in our basement thanks to Lee. We highly recommend Complete Pump Services. Lee is efficient, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced.

We had fantastic service from Lee, arriving late on a Friday afternoon with a loaner sewer grinder pump to get us up and running after our old pump failed. Very knowledgeable on replacement options helping us decide with zero sales pressure. Communication was excellent as was the whole experience. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Sump pump quit pumping. Needed a pro asap. Lee came same day and diagnosed the issue. After reconfiguration of the 1" discharge piping (eliminated blockage potential), he functionally tested the sump pump successfully.
