“I have been working out for 17 years in hot pilates & hot yoga studios (and an instructor). This place is so much better for so many reasons: Cleanliness, Infrared heat is way better than hvac heat, helpful staff, can do several different workouts at the same visit in your own timeframe 24/7, lights can be turned off in each sauna, sound can be adjusted, no stinky/ sweaty people ( because you can workout by yourself) or if you want to workout with up to 3 people that is optional, temperature can be adjusted, clean shower available, virtual instructors are detailed in position explanations, regular weight sets in non heated area are available anytime, foam rollers are incorporated for stretching, bands are available, 2 cycle rooms so there is always one available (great for a 15 min warm up prior to another workout), you get your own -LARGE- towel & mat when signing up, parking is right in front of entrance, vending machine with drinks & food and an awesome app for scheduling classes, track calories etc“

“I was in on business from Philadelphia. The massage was amazing! By far the best massage I’ve ever had. She came to my hotel room and we had the session there. It was a 2 hour session with cranial massage at the end. I can’t remember the last time that I’ve felt so relaxed, and her touch was perfect. I was in Salt Lake City for two weeks, so I had her come back the second week for a second massage. It was even better than the first. She is super personable. The atmosphere that she created, even in my hotel room was perfect, and she used just the right amount of pressure. If I am ever back in SLC for business, I will be contacting her again for sure. “As a complete beginner, I was nervous attending a class, and particularly a Mysore style class. However from the moment I entered the studio , I was warmly welcomed, and felt very much at ease for the duration of the class. She watched over me the whole time, and it gave me a lot of confidence, which I wouldn't have had in any other class. She followed up the class, by emailing me reference material, to support what I had learned on the day. The teacher, Eunice, has a very easy way about her, and it is obvious she has many years of experience. The space is also fantastic, really beautiful. I'm looking forward to more of this“

“Rachel was excellent with adjustments and assists, her practice is approachable and her wisdom shines through. I felt welcomed and comfortable, the studio was clean and thoughtfully laid out.
