Medical part of the business is impeccable. The front end of the business run by an elderly women who trys to dress and look young. Totally useless.... just collecting a paycheck.
eye exam went well. I was told to try 3 different types of contacts and to come back with my favorite once I tried them all. I was sent home with one, and They had to order the others, when I come back a month later to pick them up they realize they only ordered one trial. About 3 weeks later and I’m done with the 5 day trial I was given and the other ones still weren’t here. I really just wanted to get the last trial and have my final exam to be done having to go back there. I have been here twice for a regular eye doctor visit to check my prescriptions for both glasses and contacts. The first time I visited, they tried to sell me everything under the sun while my eyes were dilated and I could not see well enough to look at pricing and everything. After trying the contacts that were suggested and not liking them, I wanted to keep my old prescription. I had to email three times in order to receive this prescription. It should not take this long to receive a prescription after requesting one. In this case, it took several weeks.
