I had a Groupon. I made an appointment online. The day before the appointment we moved all our furniture. On the day of the appointment my husband stayed home 4 hours waiting for them. They no-showed. We called and left voicemails. We texted them, multiple times. No response. Do not waste your time with this company.
I didn't use this service because they did not show to the appointment. I received a confirmation email. I was told the best way to get a response was to text. I texted 4 times and left 3 voice mail messages with no response.

They never came. We texted and called multiple times, with no response. We are having a party and now we have to reassemble our house and the carpets are still dirty. Never use this company!!
