Amazing! I have worked with Jenn twice for two separate issues. I had a very stiff neck and let it go to the point where I only had about 25% range of motion turning my neck in either direction. This issue was resolved probably about 90% after one visit and resolved 100% after a few weeks following her advice.
I recently had an issue with plantar fasciitis so severe I had trouble walking in the mornings. Following Jenn's recommendation again relieved the pain about 90% in one day. This was just yesterday so I can't say how long it will take to get back to 100% pain free but I am confident I will be there soon.

Jenn took the time to understand the details of my physical situation and proposed an approach that made sense. The body work was intense but seemed to finally get to the level of muscle/tissue that needed to be addressed that others hadn't been able to. Her instructions for reducing pain/inflammation after the session were also very helpful and effective. Her studio is immaculate and calming.

Best thing I have done for my should injury/recovery and believe me I’ve tried everything, Jenn knew exactly what muscles needed to be worked to relieve my ailing shoulder/bicep/tricep, she is talented and thorough.
