“I took my dog here for a grooming and the staff seemed super sweet with him, which was great because he always tends to display signs of anxiety when he's realizes I'm leaving him with a groomer. They gave me a little report card of how he behaved for each service and I think that helps settle any nerves that the dog owner may have. They initially told me that the grooming service would be $57 and at checkout it ended up being $87. I saw that I was charged for a nail grinding and they asked me if I wanted it and I said sure. I do wish that they would have disclosed that it was an extra $30 for that because I typically trim his nails anyway and I assumed it was part of the package that I already purchased.“

“My dog got matted hair on his tail. The groom room had an open slot and said I could come in. They took good care of him and were able to cut his matted hair without shaving his whole tail! Loved the service. They also bathed and cut his claws. Great service over all!“
