Dr. Carroll has been my PCP for probably 18 years at this point. He’s a solid partner in my healthcare and is always open to discuss care options. He’s compassionate and honest and wants the best for his patients. His sincere concern and empathy has earned my patient loyalty. His MA, Pam, is amazing, considerate, and thorough. All of the staff at the clinic are dependable about getting messages to the doctor and both Dr. Carroll and Dr. Slack have been excellent at returning messages or filling prescriptions within a day or two. I don't usually write reviews but honestly feel like I really have to prevent anybody from going through what I went through. I loved the front staff, the receptionist was very nice and helpful, however, Dr. Carroll was rude, opinionated, and tactless. Honestly I left the office crying and will never go back. I don't understand why compassion and humility seem to be rare traits in doctors but it really shouldn't be that way. I gave them three stars because their front staff and nurses were so awesome but if I just had to rate on the doctor alone it would be a 1.
