“My first experience at this clinic was great! The staff was all very friendly and the office was clean and charming. They had a pretty wide variety of glasses to choose from as well. My only complaint was that there are only 3 parking spots in the whole parking lot, so keep in mind that you might have to park down the street at a neighboring business.“

“Dr Smith has been my optometrist for over 20 years. He is thorough and caring and some of his staff have been around for a long time which to me is a good sign. I recall when we were deciding what to do with my very slight astigmatism he was very patient and careful, trying different contact lenses at different strengths until we landed on the ones that felt most comfortable and gave me the best vision. I’ve always felt like Dr Smith hears my concerns and questions as if he hasn’t heard them a thousand times before. He’s gentle and thoughtful in his responses and considerations. Very refreshing!“

“Eye doctor was great. But the person up front did not tell us the total cost for eye prescription and contact prescription. She did not tell us until after the doctor finished with my daughter that I owed 40 dollars, when my insurance told me earlier last week on the phone that my daughter had no co-pays. So you checked my insurance while we were there 15 minutes early but did not tell me the 40 dollar fee until after the doctor finished the eye exam. So I paid them in cash the 40 dollars which was my gas money. Please tell people up front before eye exam to your best ability what they have to pay. She was polite and the doctor did a great job, but this is part of the reason why we gave 4 stars out of 5 stars. Instead if this did not happen you would of gotten 5 stars.“
