Pretty disappointed in my service this afternoon, spent almost triple of what I used to only to experience a blown blood vessel at the side of my eye and a decent amount of swelling which has never happened before. I will be finding another business who has more experienced employees.Update: the Manager contacted me the following day and we were able to agree to a resolution. I appreciate the quick and thorough response which is great customer service.

Update 1/24/24I LOVE ELASE at Station Park!! My recent visit with Jamie for a diamond glow with dermaplane was incredible! Not only was the treatment amazing, but Jamie is beyond amazing! She takes such care, is easy to communicate with and loves her job! I wish I could come daily to just hang out with all the amazing staff! Thank you Jamie; you are the BEST!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Shauna is not only professional, knowledgeable, a total BABE—she is so personable! I have received several treatments (IPL, microneedling, TCA peel) with a few adverse reactions because of my sensitive skin.
