“We have been having water issues for a very long time and I'm a definitely a DIY kind of person, so I have done several things myself hoping to fix the problem, yet despite my best efforts, the dripping remained every time it rained or snowed. I finally threw in the towel and contacted Justino. Despite it being the middle of winter and the roof being covered in snow, and despite also having had this issue for a very long time, they came out to take a look at the roof. Noe was very friendly and he first spent a good amount of time on the roof cleaning all the snow off just to get a look at the problem. He identified the issue as being a poorly installed vent at the pitch of the roof and showed me where the water was getting in. They had supplies at my house that evening and he started on it the next morning -- in the middle of a snow storm -- and he kept working so as to minimize the damage already done to the house. Once the problem area was replaced, he came back the next day after the snow had stopped to replace the rest of the vent which may have become a problem in the future. A++ service and very reasonably priced. When my roof ultimately fails completely over the next decade or so, I know who I am going to call. Thanks again for everything!“

“Darin and his crew did an EXCELLENT job with my house. I had a warranty issue that required replacement on a 5 year old house. Not only did they fit me in sooner than anticipated, they started on the 4th of July (the crew wanted to), but they finished tear off and install in TWO days. The crew did a thorough job walking the perimeter of the house when finished, with all 5 crew members picking up nails leaving behind very few to my surprise. So, we decided it was time to expand our kitchen, which necessitated a need to add on to the upper level and to support it all, a basement storage room. We are so happy that we chose Shane Anderson Construction. In my line of business, I worked with his father who was in residential construction. That is how we found SAC Remodeling.We love our new addition! Shane and his crew were very professional. From our first meeting and throughout the construction process, he listened as we expressed our needs, gave feedback, recommendations, and was very open and easy to communicate with. He was upfront with how much time the process would take and stayed true to that time frame with very few exceptions.Shane, Carla, and his crew (made up mostly of his sons) are very professional. Shane let us know who was coming each day, what to expect, and what project was to be worked on. After each day, pictures of the work completed that day were uploaded to Builder Trend for us to review. Builder Trend was easy to navigate and gave us quick and secure access along with the ability to communicate back and forth directly with Shane.We feel Shane dealt with us fairly on the cost of our project. He took the time at the beginning of our design to make sure we understood what would be needed. Shane did not scrimp or cut corners but made sure things were done correctly and in accordance with current building code. We needed to add a steel beam on the main level to support our upper room. We feel safe in our home knowing that it was built structurally sound. We are grateful Shane is a licensed and very experienced remodeling general contractor. The quality of work is outstanding.We felt respected by Shane and his sons as they worked in our home each day. They are clean, respectful and very trustworthy. It was actually quite fun to have them in our home. They became our friends. We actually missed them when the add-on was completed. “We have neighbors who had remodeling done and we asked who they used. Premier Remodeling. We asked if they were happy with their remodel and if they recommend Premier Remodeling. All said YES!.So we decided to go with Premier Remodeling and we are so very happy we did. Ours was not an easy project. We had an old concrete retaining wall that had to be removed without collapsing the floor from above. From the very start we had confirmation after confirmation that they know what they are doing and how to accomplish the goal. They have the resources, knowledge, or sub contractors that can do the projects.Luke would come up with ideas to save us money without sacrificing quality. It didn't go as fast as we wanted.
