Not only did they fit me in sooner than anticipated, they started on the 4th of July (the crew wanted to), but they finished tear off and install in TWO days. The crew did a thorough job walking the perimeter of the house when finished, with all 5 crew members picking up nails leaving behind very few to my surprise. “AMS Construction finished our basement and we are beyond pleased. Great communication between Adam and Justin (Project Manager) throughout the process and they took our (1300 sq ft) basement from bare bones to ready for flooring in just 2 months. Framed, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, insulation, drywall, paint, and finishing. We did the flooring ourselves. They had team(s) on site every work day in a coordinated effort to get the job done quickly and with high quality. “We have neighbors who had remodeling done and we asked who they used. Premier Remodeling. We asked if they were happy with their remodel and if they recommend Premier Remodeling. All said YES!.So we decided to go with Premier Remodeling and we are so very happy we did. Ours was not an easy project. We had an old concrete retaining wall that had to be removed without collapsing the floor from above. From the very start we had confirmation after confirmation that they know what they are doing and how to accomplish the goal. They have the resources, knowledge, or sub contractors that can do the projects.Luke would come up with ideas to save us money without sacrificing quality. It didn't go as fast as we wanted. She was patient with our decision and never was pushy thru the whole process of home buying.
