The receptionist Shelby, was very kind and helpful. Izzi also helped me and was great. The technician Jody answered our questions and seemed very knowledgeable. Dr. Norman administered vaccinations to my dogs, they didn’t even seem to notice the injections. Dr. Norman gave us several treatment options, and tried to help us do things in the most cost effective way. All around good experience.
For the past couple of years, I have taken my dog, Lucie, to Bayview. She always used to be scared to see the vet. Not any more! Jody has given her shots. Completely painless and without fear or incident. Dr. Norman recently did surgery on one of her eyes. She recovered quickly and I can’t even tell where he cut her. Finally, the other staff, Shelby and Izzy, have been professional and helpful. It’s also a great value for the price. I love this place!
I decided to switch to Bayview a few years back just to get my dogs established somewhere, and I chose Bayview sort of on a whim. Incredible and compassionate staff, to say the least. My sweet dog, River, just passed on Friday due to a diagnosis of lymphoma right before Christmas. Dr. Norman and his staff treated her so kindly and they REALLY helped me through the process of losing my soul dog. When I first brought her in for euthanasia after hearing a lot of doom and gloom from the ER Vet we'd gone to, Dr. Norman bought River a few more weeks with a good quality of life.
