I was really nervous to use this company due to some of the things I read after I booked. But they did an AMAZING job! The technician was great, kind and professional. I did add some extra services so my bill was higher than the original quote, but that was my doing. Nothing was done until he had my full approval. Will for sure use again! House smells so good.
Zerorez did an exceptional job. They arrived on time and were very accommodating as we moved furniture around. We especially liked how they pre-treated walk ways to help lift the dirt. Our tech was professional and helpful. The carpet looks great.
The process was easier than I thought, and our tech, Will was really kind and hard-working. He did a great job and I will definitely be using your services again. Overall, the job was done with high quality, negligible inconvenience and it really was a great experience.
