Highly Recommended!!!Dr. Childs is the best IMO. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cares about his patients. My eyeglass prescription was perfect, and he was also able to prescribe me some eye drops when I had severe conjunctivitis.Brianna also knows her stuff and I was very impressed with her professionalism and expertise doing all my eye tests.Prices are very affordable and major/popular name brand products are available. I am LOVING my foldable Ray Ban glasses and sunglasses!Why go anywhere else since South Valley Optical at 1-800 Contacts is a win-win-win?Thank you! :)
Couldn't be more pleased! My previous doctor retired recently and it's been a struggle to find a worthy replacement. I am pleased to say that Dr. Childs and the staff are South Valley Optical exceeded my expectations. Dr. Childs is very thorough, he spent time explaining what he could see with my vision, listening to and addressing my concerns, sharing options. I never felt rushed or ignored. The optician staff were extremely helpful with finding frames that fit my narrow face, look nice on me and will work with a progressive lens. The staff was more than wonderful. Easy to talk to. Very knowledgeable and we'll trained.The equipment is super up to date. Dr child is very personable. He does not make you feel rushed and is glad to answer all questions. The prices were great.I would gladly refer everyone there.
