Awesome coach! Amber knows her craft! I have improved so much in a short time with her coaching. She breaks down fundamentals and gives me relevant exercises to meet my goals. 100% recommend!
Amber is an incredible coach and has helped me make a ton of progress in both handstands and flexibility. She has a ton of experience and provides really helpful feedback on changes needed to meet my goals. I can't wait to see what we start working on next after I really get comfortable in handstands!
Amber is amazing! When I started practicing with her, I had so many mental blocks that, even though I really wanted to do a handstand, deep down I thought I could never do it. From the beginning, she was very supportive and patient because she knew it was very scary for me. And today, I can not only do it, but I have even started practicing more advanced techniques with her! I will be forever grateful to her!!!
