They do a good job but not a great job. I made an appointment and still waited 20 min. The floor around the pedicure chairs is very dirty. I like the punch card but I was told I already used the $5 discount. I told them I hadn't used it and they just ignored me. I wasn't going to make a big deal but it did bother me. There is a million nail salons. I have a couple that I love and they do such a good job but they are always crazy busy. They have several employees sitting around waiting for customers. Why not do great pedi's rather than sitting around. It is a crazy business!
Yesterday, I treated myself to a classic manicure and pedicure, and it was absolutely delightful. The nail technician was incredibly attentive, making sure every detail was perfect. The manicure left my nails looking shiny and well-groomed. During the pedicure, the foot soak was so relaxing, and the exfoliating scrub left my feet feeling smooth. The massage that followed was heavenly, easing all the tension in my legs. I felt completely pampered and refreshed. I can't wait to go back!
