I had never heard of fascial stretch therapy before, but had tried so many other places and techniques with limited results, I decided to give it a try. What a difference FST has made for me. I have never had results this good anywhere else. Mia is fantastic! She does a great job of finding where my specific issues are and working through them. Highly recommend!!

I have been looking for a massage therapy place forever, each one I have been to has not been able to aid in my pain relief until I found MYO Total Wellness! I saw them on instagram and decided to set an appointment and have gone there every month since! I have been seen by Mia and she is awesome, very professional and makes sure to know what it is you’re looking for in the visit and how she can help you get feeling 100%! I won’t be going anywhere else!

After my session, I felt a weight and had been lifted off my shoulders and I am now able to carry out my daily activities without any discomfort.
