“Digicert saves the day! I was in desperate need of an SSL certificate for our ecommerce store. Our web host dropped the ball and our store was unsecured and down, for four days. In an act of desperation and literally tears, I called Digi cert. I first spoke with someone in sales names Emily, she was as sweet as could be and said they would help me expedite the process under my circumstances. She walked me through the entire 1st half of the process and was as kind and patient and helpful as they come. Getting my website host to cooperate with a 3rd party SSL provider was a debacle in an of itself. I needed to take advantage of Digicerts tech support. When I called they would pick up immediately and conference call with me to our web host tech support. There were 2 calls made, One with Joe one with Msi. Both calls took around 2 hours and they were able to get the hosts to do what I could not. They were kind, patient and super literate with regards to their services. Best company I have delt with in a long time. We are up and running again and I know had I not found them, we would still be in trouble. Thank you everyone!!!!!“
