Once I got in with the technician the experience was great. I was experiencing some frustration because my hearing aid had been sent away for service. The technician was kind enough to speak louder so I could hear her which was much appreciated.?But on a down note waiting a little more than an hour to start my appointment was a little excessive. I think they forgot me.?‍?But all is well.

Wonderful staff and patient experience. They did a detailed examination of my eyes to determine what I was a good candidate for, and helped me to make a decision on how to proceed and with which surgery. After deciding on PRK, I was able to quickly schedule my surgery and was given the steps on how to prepare.

This was my pre-screening to determine if I was a good candidate. The facility is beautiful, clean and the staff was very polite and thorough explaining all the risk and benefits of getting lasik.Needless to say, I walked out a lot more confident and now I can make a much more informed decision.
