Dave and his Blurock team did a first floor remodel and did an amazing job. Great communication, and awesome subs. Very happy with the quality of work. They always kept us in loop on what was happening, any costs issues and ways to save if possible. Appreciated that they wanted us to get the best quality and workmanship for what our budget allowed. Stayed on time, gave us great advice on materials, design options, and ways to improve the project. Worked very well with our designer. Was a great collaborative experience and Bluerock was quick to address any issues that came up.
We loved working with Bluerock to remodel our home. The project cost more than we anticipated and took longer than expected, both of which were not surprising given the current state of the construction market in Utah.
Dave was great throughout the process, especially in the pre construction phase as we worked with Jewkes Design to put our ideas on paper. He helped us craft a plan to remove a wall between the kitchen and dining room with use of a large steal beam to open up our space and greatly increase the size and functionality of our kitchen, including a beautiful wall in pantry.
