I cannot say enough good about Chad Anderson. He made a very difficult situation - losing our dear mother - into something that was so smooth and sweet and tender. I was so impressed from the moment we walked in. It was an amazing experience.
My daughter service was great. The building is beautiful. Steve and Molly were great! The only negative was that the makeup on my loved one was terrible. I know there's only so much they can do with her appearance but all she had on was foundation..no Blush, eyeshadow or coloring at all. I wanted to do her makeup myself but I knew we would close the casket. The customer service was amazing! I would recommend them highly but hire someone else to do the makeup. ?
Thank you for making a difficult experience easier for my family. Tracy and his staff took care of every detail and did so kindly and affordably. Many things we were unsure of how to handle and they helped us every step of the way.
