I have dealt with Frank for several years. He is the most honest person I have dealt with and has a great sense of humor. He answers all my questions no matter how stupid they are. I would not deal with any other computer person.

Having a computer with problems is very frustrating. Com Tec Solutions has been a great find. My computer was hit with a possible virus. Frank remotely was able to fix it, clean it up and answer all my questions. He is very knowledgeable, accommodating, and it is a relief to find someone I am confident in recommending.

Frank called me back on a late Friday afternoon and worked with me to solve my issues with my computer and printer communicating. He had a great sense of humor and was very knowledgeable about the products.At no time did he suggest that I should buy newer products or do an upgrade to a more expensive system which is what I usually get from computer people. He worked with me to get my system working together and I would recommend him to anyone who needed assistance setting up or upgrading their systems as well as someone who just needs help getting back up and running.
