Nicole has been a wonderful realtor! She helped us in staging, negotiating the contract with our buyers and reminding us of everything that needed to be done. She kept us on schedule. She was extremely helpful in making sure the paperwork signing was streamlined and efficient, even when we were doing it from out of town. I would recommend anyone to her. She helped us with a huge change in our lives and we appreciate her so much!
